Writers notes: Kirk’s birth in fire. Typical broken kid. Wise Yoda tells him to join a cause. Rebel brat becomes hero kills villain gets a ship every one is happy. Needs more lets make it a buddy movie also and a forbidden love with Spock and Student. And name the villain after the hero in that computer movie. OH, make the villain like Kahn only crazier. Time is running short so plagiaries any ideas that people might have forgotten like Tecnomages from Babylon 5,and the bike seen from Top Gun.

Im not complaining, just curious. Does it make sense that, when old spok said “now I can be in two places at once” and kirk called him a cheater to which spok retorted “I learned from the best”. The old spok never accused kirk of cheating in a military tribunal because that only happened after the space-time shift, so only the younger spok would have a personal knowledge of kirk cheating. Did anyone else pick up on that?

“References it made to the original series”? Don’t you mean rip-offs? Such as plots, dialog, Poor remake from the animated series of kid Spock getting picked on. I have reluctantly posted part 1 of this awful movie so every one can finally see what I mean. Part 2 is coming soon.
It was probably humorous because of all the references it made to the original series, but that is also how the movie got its success
Why so serious?
This trailer shows the movie as a much more serious movie than it is. I kinda wish it was a bit more serious though. I walked away thinking it was a fun movie, not a serious one.

I was never a Trek Fan,
But after hearing all the praises and reviews of this movie I decided to check it out,
Its one of the best movies I have ever seen and I never expected it to be so amazing.
The filmmakers did an amazingly great job by makeing the movie truthful to the fans but letting people who arn’t fans love the Film even More.

I think the movie was awesome!! I would love to see another Star Trek but next time they should add the borg.
