Forget what it is that the 2 idiots say about the movie, it is amazing as are all of Nicholas Sparks books! …and I am only 31 so you don’t have to be older to appreciate a truly wonderful love story! This guy reviewing this movie should actually take a few pointers from movies like this if he ever plans on getting a girl!
i liked this movie, but it was so sad. I didn’t feel all that great when I finished it.
Put me in a house alone with Diane Lane, i’lll make a movie somewhere between Unfaithful and this film.
I love how it’s the whole movie abbreviated in the trailer. Haha! All that’s missing is the ending.

I sat through this crapfest just to see James Franco.
It was fairly good. The ending was typical of a Nicholas Sparks. I was depressed after seeing this for the rest of the day.

it was soo cool there bcuz wen the hurricane hit and tht room she went in2 to get power or watever i got to go inside there! they wudnt let us inside the house but its for sell! and we also went to tht per tht she went to and the per goes out soooooo far!

I have to say that this movie was extremely disappointing. The characters were almost paper-thin, and the tragic finaly struck me as funny rather than sad, due to the fact that I could see it coming; this of course, is due to me seeing all previous Nicholas Sparks’ film adaptations, and understanding his formula.

it was such a good book! it’s so much more than falling in love and the sex. there’s so much sorrowful beauty and about love in the family too. love it
