when looking at the Grimm brother’s tales I always wondered what made them so popular for childrens films when they are full of violence murder and in this case caniblism and they are basically…well Grim but there is something about them that makes them so enjoyable that I just want to watch them multiple times.

this one is my favorite Hansel and Gretel. it was always better than the faerie tale theater’s. i always remebered it.

Yes, if your player is multi-region. Almost every DVD player in Europe (Region 2) can easily be made multi-region or region-free. I have added links to sites that show which players are that can be made multi-region. Aldi, Lidl, Amazon UK, France & Germany and many other stores openly sell players that can be set to play all DVDs.
And every PC with a DVDROM will allow the playback of any DVD at least 4 times.
It’s best to get your DVD player multi-regioned however.

You can usually pick it up on ebay, or Amazon under cannon films, expect to pay high price, unless you find a bargain.
